The center holds a very large Sugarloaf cut Blue Sapphire. Surrounding the Sapphire are dozens of sparkling, brilliant cut diamonds. The attached chain is of 14K White Gold and a lobster lock clasp to hold it together. The pictures do not do this one any favors!
