A beautiful Art Nouveau pendant brooch. Wire, milgrain and scrollwork throughout this Lovely piece. It features a blue zircon center and dangling stone. Seed Pearls are set throughout flowers and scrolls. A uniquely designed frame look great on everything or you can wear it on your favorite chain.
