Refund Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with any purchase they make with us.  We accept returns on pieces for any reason as long as you contact us within 3 business days of receiving the package.  However, the cost of shipping back and forth is nonrefundable.  All items must be returned in the same condition, including with any paperwork or certifications.  Please be sure to ship the item back to us within 3 business days of letting us know, with a tracking number and a signature required.  

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders or items that have been altered or repaired.
