A Beautiful and Festive Vintage Brooch Pin Pendant.  Metal Formed in the Shape of a Wreath, an inner and outer ring are connected with Scroll Accents.  Each Scroll Sorts a Diamond.  The outer ring hold Blue Sapphires and the inner ring holds Red Rubies.  Nice fine detail and design puts a smile on any face!
