Exceptionally Elegant Vintage Brooch! Design of a Rope twist with 18K White and Yellow Gold. The real twist is 22 Diamonds set into the White Gold and the baked Green Enamel on the Yellow Gold!! Another cool feature is the twist is in a circle going from large to small. We though this may be a designer piece as the style is familiar to several makers. Lots of miscellaneous hallmarks on the bottom. If we didn't figure it out, our loss is your gain. Heavy pice and pretty!
