The Hands appear to have a frilled cuff, also set with Rose Cut Diamonds. Very intricate string design to the seed pearls stretching this necklace out to 26.5 inches long! The Catch is an 18K Rose Gold Bow Tie with lots of Diamonds. Truly a Magnificent Necklace created for someone special over a hundred years ago.
