Gorgeous 18K Yellow Gold Cabochon Sapphire, Pearl And Diamond Pendant

A stunning vintage natural sapphire, diamond, and pearl pendant set in solid 18K yellow gold. The cabochon sapphire has a deep cobalt blue, measuring 11 mm long by 8.8 mm wide. It is surrounded by sparkling brilliant cut diamonds with a dangling diamond and pearl drop. There is a screw attachment that you can take out the center stone. The gorgeous and elegant. You can wear a choker with the ribbon.
