An elegant antique ring crafted in 14k white gold, circa 1920, designed as a delicately milgrained with a chunky bright old mine cut diamond in the center, graded as SI-1 clarity and H/I color, approximately 0.45 ct.
The central stone is flanked east and west by synthetic sapphire on each side by an approximately 0.24 ct. The marked “14K” for gold purity.
